This flat was my (the land ladys) home previously and was as such refurbished to a very high standard. It has all the characteristics youd expect from a period flat in the Heaver conservation area - and these are the features I first fell in love with - high ceilings, massive lead light windows and a beautiful bay in the bedroom. Our current tenants are relocating out of London with work, so we are looking for either an individual or couple to take over and to make this flat their home.

It falls within Wandsworths catchment - so really low council tax. And there are plenty of permitted parking spaces outside so there will be no problem if youre a two-car household.

The flat is halfway between Balham and Tooting Bec stations - a few minutes walk to either. And the common - with its lido - is just at the end of the road!
